Graduate specialisation in artificial intelligence, early expert-system engineering, and three decades evaluating technology capability, operational resilience and governance—the experience behind Integra’s assessment services.
The name
Integra draws on the Latin idea of wholeness and completeness—the same linguistic foundation from which integrity derives. The name reflects a foundational commitment to describe the reality supported by the evidence, even when the conclusion is difficult, uncomfortable or inconsistent with an established narrative.
Integra is not engaged to validate a predetermined answer. It is engaged to establish an independent one.
An alternative consulting model
Integra was created as an alternative to consulting structures in which senior experience is separated from delivery or conclusions become softened to preserve a preferred outcome.
The experience presented during an engagement is the experience applied to the evidence and final recommendation.
There is no hand-off from a senior relationship lead to a less-experienced delivery team.
Conclusions are shaped by evidence and professional judgement—not by a preferred narrative or the prospect of follow-on implementation work.
A focused operating model keeps specialist expertise close to the work and fees connected to the judgement actually required.
